That's exactly how I feel after each episode thinking that she was awarded for her crappy writing: insulted!

There was no hinting about a second rendez vous between them actually. But that must have happened, otherwise should we believe that she is 5-6 months into her pregnancy?!!!
But I didn't watch the last four episodes, 39-42, could anybody who watched them tell us if something has happened between SR and CG in those episodes?

That time she was drunk happend before YG's first memory loss, so 5-6 months prior to the pregnancy test.
YG's memory loss lasted 3 months, it was said more than once. And at least 2 months should have passed since he regained his memories given all that happened since then.

That's my fear as well.

Exactly, I only feel exhausted and frustrated, that is why I stopped watching it after episode 38. To me a father imprisoning his daughter with no food or water because he doesn't like the man she chose, and everybody around them just watching without taking any action, was already too much.
I am still reading summaries and comments to know what's going on, because after wasting all this time on this show I want to see the two leads and the kids living happily together. Hopefully it will not happen in the last 2 seconds of the show, but I'm starting to think that that is exactly what's going to happen.
I am glad even Korean viewers started complaining, I was wondering how could they tolerate or even like this.
I don't think she has mental issues, I just think she overestimates herself and underestimates the viewers. It seems to me that she thinks all viewers are brainless so she can throw any sh*t at us and we'll all gladly like it and applaud her. And that really makes me mad.
On a lighter note it makes me laugh that they describe this show as dirty when the two leads never even shared a kiss worthy of the name, those pecks they shared are the same parents give to their little kids.

Then don't watch the next episodes, just think about the emotional damage the kids will get from SR's pregnancy.

There have been many ridiculous things, amnesia 2.0 being the dumbest.
It's just that this last one was, as we say in my country, the drop that makes the vase overflow. There is just that much one can tolerate.
I am not infuriated about the umpteenth overused trope she throws at us. I think everybody many weeks ago was expecting SR's pregnancy. It's just that it doesn't make any sense now, there is no base at this point for her to pin the paternity on YG.
Shouldn't 2 or 3 months have passed since he regained his memories?
Or will he think that he slept with her in a mystical way? LOL
Not to mention that a visit to the gynecologist shuold be enough to dispel any doubts. Or is he going to send her to the doctor alone, and believe all her crap like he did with DR's fake dementia?
But we all know that he will believe it. And with only 10 episodes left did the writer really had no other better idea? We still have to deal with her being SJ's birthmother, her ex, and her canonization to a saint so the writer can give her the happy ending that she will surely get.
Basically all next ten episodes will revolve around SR, is she the protagonist of this show?

I hope you're right, but I do not have even an ounce of respect left for this author.
With only ten episodes left and so many things to get addressed and solved she's still wasting time on a fake pregnancy trope with no plausible foundation.

I have skipped both eps 39 and 40, because i couldn't possibly take anymore abuse or nonsense. I have read comments here, just in case the writer might recover her mental faculties, and watched the previews. I was hoping that this week I might be willing to restart watching the show, but obviously this writer is never satisfied with the amount of utter stupidity she throws at the viewership.
How is it even possible that anyone could believe Sa Ra's lie about her pregnancy at this point in time???
The only time they hinted at her possibly sleeping with a man was before YG's accident and memory loss, how many months without having your period you have to let pass before you get the hint?!!! Or are we to believe that her morning sickness started after 5 months, or that she doesn't show any sign of pregnancy after all this time?
And even if it happened off screen, after she got together with CG, she must be at the beginning of her pregnancy, are we to believe that not even a mere 28 days have passed since YG regained his memories???
How could a well educated adult man with a degree and probably a PhD, who even fathered 2 kids, possibly believe this crap?
More and more I feel this author likes to insult the viewer's intelligence. Suspension of disbelief might go only to a certain extent. And the fact that this is a soap opera is no excuse.

I was really upset after watching last episode.
This author doesn't know what being a parent means. Almost all parents in this show should either be behind bars or in a psychiatric ward. The only good ones are YG and DD, and in her case those are not even her children...
Let's start with the worst human being in the show at the moment: Park Soo Cheol. He committed assault twice, now kidnapping and domestic abuse. At least in my country that is straight out kidnapping, and a "crime against the family", when that crime is abuse depending on the severity of the injury (and psychological damage counts as injury) the criminal would spend from a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 24 years in jail. Not to mention that all the rest of the family who was watching without stopping him, and even helping him keeping her locked would be guilty of aiding and abetting.
The scene in which Se Chan and Se Jong cry desperately and even ask to share DD' punishment with her while all those adults in the room just watch them cold-heartedly, or turns their head the other way was uncomfortable to say the least.
So after 38 episodes we didn't see even one kiss between the two leads beacause this is a family drama, and that would be inappropriate, but child abuse is perfectly fine?!!!!
WDR also kidnapped her daughter and then tried to literally sold her off to two scumbags for money. She always complains about her stepson being cold-hearted, but she doesn't give a damn about breaking his family and causing his mother's untimely death. She was poor and seduced a married man just for money, she never had any feelings for him, but she dare call another innocent person a gold digger.
Well, at least she is funny, AK is just disgusting, and becoming more and more so with each episode.
She abandoned her 3 months old child to become successful and rich, then she comes back 27 years later and lie and manipulate everyone she can in order to reconstruct that family she didn't want in the first place. And now she insulted YG mulltiple times, when he always loved and idolized her, and told her that to him she was his only family since his parents' deaths. And even accused her own daughter to be willing to marry a man just for money. So DD and YG being in love is so wrong, but her sleeping with a married man and trying to buy him off is the right thing to do??? Not to mention she regards YG's adorable kids annoying burdens who would keep her daughter from walking in her footsteps.
Compared to these father and mothers of the year even Sa Ra doesn't seem so bad, in the end she just abandoned her child in the street to trap a man who never loved her, and who was already married with kids. That should tell us a lot.
So to sum it up SC should rot in a prison WDR should do the same, but in a psychiatric ward, where she could scream to her heart content, the reading of AK's will could never arrive fast enough, and since SR likes so much to drive safely let's hope she will soon make the acquaintance of the white truck of doom.

I am sorry for the long rant.
Luckily there are still Se Chan and Ms. Kim, and the sweet moments between DD and YG, and the kids.

He deserves even worse, but I was so mad, because obviously now he is a martyr, and he will probably obtain what he wants, ugh.
I hope YG won't give in to his requests, we already have an on and off couple in the show, and it's become so tiring to watch SR and DB, so I don't want the same to happen to our MC.

LOL After all this torture both the characters and us would deserve it. We all know it's not going to happen, but we can still dream... just not another peck pretty please. XD

My parents are 15 years apart. almost the same age gap between DD and YG. Their families were also acquainted and were totally fine with it. And my mother was only 19 when they married, so how can a 27 years old woman possibly be considered a child?
And nowadays there are even couples with a much bigger age gap, the first that comes to my mind is Sam and Aaron Taylor-Johnson, she is 23 years older than him, and she already had 2 kids from a previous relationship. They are perfectly happy and have had other 2 kids together.
Therefore I not only find the other characters' reaction totally implausible, but even a bit offensive at this point. Even if this is just a drama. And I guess that the worst is yet to come.

I agree on the awful way the writers are treating CG, he either serves to make SR look human, or he's her punchball. And he was supposed to be a ML...

While I was watching the episode I was also thinking that she had seen her father from the mirror, but then again she didn't even blink. Shouldn't she be utterly surprised?
Was she already aware of their relationship, and went to DD's room on purpose to tease them?
Anyways it was so hilarious. Oh the sound of breaking glass when JN interrupts them, it cracks me up. XD

The thing is Se Ryeon doesn't know anything about what her mother has done in that house
Starting from her fake dementia. If YG would just stop covering up for all the evil witches around him, that would help. He's not protecting anyone by doing that, he's actually making things worse for DD, his children, and Se Ryeon as well.

I agree with you, and unfortunately I don't think that we will see it in the next few episodes.
That will probably happen only at the end of the drama, ugh.
I was hoping that, like in Five Children, they would have shown us some of the struggles a married couple faces, but that's not going to happen. There are not enough episodes to cover everything: the big reveals, everybody come together against DD and YG, the final showdown of YG against the evil witches, etc.
