Episode 12: The village inn and the doctor's house are creepy. I think the doctor is the next serial killer.

The doctor might be killing the villagers, and draining their blood, to feed to his wife, who might be dead already. Her house looks very creepy. I hope Yan Chi arrives very soon.

I think the last drama I saw was Dreaming...Qing Dynasty, which was a few years ago. Her face was rounder. You can see the same face when you stare at her long enough. Same smile and smiling eyes, too!

I didn't even recognize Landi Li until I was reading your comment. I knew she was in the drama a week ago, but I was so intrigued with her character's acting, that I forgot to refer to the castlist.

I had the same impression watching the ML and FL. I just watched the first two episodes, and the drama looks promising.

I dropped this drama at episode 10, a few years ago. I picked it up again yesterday, and after dropped it again, at episode 15. The twins are the most annoying, infantile characters. They act like the prince and princess of a costume drama.

This was an amazing movie. Cinematography, music, directing, acting are on point. Huang Xiaoming showed us that he is not just a pretty face. I am glad that he took up the challenge.

I watched Xuan Zang about five years ago, and I wished Huang had dubbed his Indian language dialog. The production company tried to get a Oscar nomination for Foreign Film, was was bypassed by Hollywood. It deserved global recognition. Rating 8.5
