Dongfang Huai Zhu went off the demonic rails in Ep 16, but it looks like she recovered by the end of the episode. That storyline was getting extraneous. Every time Huai Zhu stabbed Wangquan Hongye, I cringed. Are they going back to the past, to try to change the future, or are they staying in the future (20 years later) to fight Jiu Huo? Sad to know Wangquan Qin Lan and Yang Yitan's fates!

They must have deleted some minutes from Ep 12. After I read your comment I noticed that most of the episodes are around 40 minutes. They shaved off five minutes from the standard 45 minutes. This must be a short drama, total lengthwise.
