You'll have to check it out, but I think a bromance that could be added to this list is "The Devil Judge." It is very unfortunately not a BL, but there's very little additional romance so it's easy to pretend. And it's not necessarily a crime show either... more like a corrupt justice show. You know, "Vincenzo" style. So think about it!

Update!!! Just finished the drama. Def the type of ending that you can completely ignore, no worries! It's a mainland Chinese BL, ya know, you can't expect them to outright confess and then have a real ending. But that's just a given for the genre!!
Okay so I’m watching on YouTube and there’s like a bunch of jump cuts, which most of them are no big deal…
Figured this out! The YouTube episodes all SAY they are about 21 minutes, but as you have observed, that's very much not true. I'm not entirely sure what was cut out, but I can assume it was scenes that would imply too much / wouldn't get past Chinese television guidelines.
The way around this? Turn on adblocker and jump over to KissAsian, DramaCool, or any other snakey uploading site that steals translations. I watched the full 21 minute episodes on KissAsian just fine!!

Like for Word of Honor, I genuinely pretend that it did not end that way. I'm not too heartbroken about what happened, because I choose to believe they had a real happy ending, lol.
Same thing with The Untamed. Not gonna lie, I kinda operate under the belief that almost none of the plot happens. It's just better this way, lmao!!
If you don't really understand what I mean above, don't worry about it. I just want to know if the ending ruins the whole show, or if it's easy to write off. No spoilers please!!
