Well, i actually think that after the chairwoman and joon pyo found out that female do hyun is not his child, they simply decided to hide her and let the male do hyun replace her because they were furious that seo yeon deceived them. We can say that it is a kind of revenge on seo yeon. That's why they didnt put the boy on the register separately... not because they couldnt do it, but because they didnt want to do it... that's what i think...

Well,,it depends on your mood... after i watched the preview yesterday i was expecting something like this to happen at the end of the episode, so i am not surprised... yes i am also eager to see what happens next but knowing that it will be the last episodes, i am actually happy to have some time to dream of my own plot for the last episodes...
