Can Someone tell me where I can read the actual novel

I just noticed that her bleeding leg in ep 1 keeps switching sides.

Is it just me, or did anybody else want to see that last scene. Like in the ER and OR, i just wanted to see all the rukes(idk how to spell that word). Like come on I wanted to see them do their surgery on the new patients. But what ever ill just have to wait until the next one.

I balled my eyes out the whole movie. I've never cried over a movie this much.
