It was wild and beautiful, and all the shots of him as this anime like character were amazing.😱😭🤩 Loved so many scenes btw zyz and zy, that one and the moments btw bingyi and yinglong. I’m really counting on a great OST. GJM always nails music, and now with jjy, a pro singer, he can use her solos or pairing her with actors like Rui and others. Btw, Rui's off and on screen duality is just a next level.

Those costumes have so many layers...no wonder actors prefer filming in winter. Don't know how many are just a combo...like switching outer robes while keeping the same inner pieces. Don’t know how these sets are counted then, by those fans that get super into counting costumes or screentimes or other stats like these actors are NBA players and they're picking an MVP or smth😏

Wait, this blue one from his battle as foxy is the same blue one from the start? Looks more glittering here..but maybe that's cause of lights in the dark night..

That flying LS scene hit so hard I made it my background...starting to worry here for my sanity, lol., first time in life having an actor from bts as a b-ground, edited version in anime style. Or maybe it’s the anime and donghua lover in me...lol. FOF really set the bar, especially with those costumes showing off his waist, but it’s also how he carries himself., his posture and presence set errything right. As Gong Yuanzhi, he looked real like a doll.

Yep, he had so many, it felt like a fashion show and he wears errything so well, that he looked good even in rags, he is one of those ppl... like dolls, put them in whatever and that whatever will still look good😁😁

Aaah, yes, thx. I already saw some others first, when went back and saw these. And yep, I would have also reacted with ?? if these were the first two I saw. There was nothing bad about them, esp. the white one, maybe smtth abt the size...but after fof, ..they were not in the same range.

Which ones? I mean the first two? I can't remember what the costumes were at the beginning when he showed up..I didn't even watch much of reuters then. I caught later by going back.

He can deliver complex char. and gives off vibes of someone who enjoy challenges..read even about his mjty S02 role..now never happening,...was meant to go dark after a tragedy. Some might not like that, but I think he’d stand out even more😏

It’s the one genre I never watch, no matter the geography😭😭don't think that i could watch even with him in it..would like see him in a costume drama...probably wuxia...or, if it's a modern setting, and i don't lean much into that too..something like a thriller where he plays a detective or a morally ambiguous character that keeps us guessing whose side he's really on, but def some complex role..

Rui’s writing is really good, but what gets me is how thoughtful his analysis of his roles is. It shows how much effort he puts into depth analysis and understanding his characters.I used to picture BF as a nerdy, kinda intelligent outsider, but now i get he’s more like someone with Asperger’s.simple, kind, honest, and blunt.,.also a perfect role to put the people around him in hilarious situations, good for comedy...

Agree, his theater background gives him depth . I'm kinda theater nerd myself, and my fave actors usually come from that world. Noticed his acting right away in mjty, then caught up through clips his authenticity and how he connects with ppl naturally. And yeah...no vanity. Hope he stays that way.

Yeah, he’s great, saw it too, and he seems pretty funny off-screen too. Really hope Rui’s soaking it all up like a sponge. Opportunities like this...with good vibes on set, working with veteran actors, and a caring director, are not that often. So happy for Rui. It’s the kind of experience money can’t buy, and also like that he is brave enough to break from "a handsome guy" or "pretty face" actor labels, you know how some actors get afraid to take roles that might “mess up” their face or image, so they end up with same type of roles nd become boring. But Rui is def not holding back, and that's what i like abt him..

It’s probably a lot about the process itself...just enjoying the journey with like minded people, sharing experiences and stories, even bonding ...kinda like we on diff platforms sharing our interests...but for them it's like living out their own little movie, it's on a next level, don't wanna miss out if smth exciting happens. And if they get rewarded for it, like this, it just makes it feel more complete.

Yess, haha... and then they never listen when he tells them to go back for safety or cause of rain... but whatever 😁like how he’s always totally unphased every single time he turn himself into a ghost...he just creams through it all with ease 😁🙃
