Disappointed
Warning: potential spoiler; but what the heck, you be disappointed either way. ?While watching this movie, I realized there was no real substance to the story.. a very dull and plain story line, no essence. Moments later, I realize what deep sadness one must feel, after recognizing your heart and then losing love so quickly. What a tragedy it was. And to what end, there was no explanation to why, or how this tragedy happened. There was no moral highlighted, unless infeŕed; Hold unto love less it burns, literary. I am a little annoyed at how this ended, as I believe the story had potential. The female and male leads didnt bring anything new to the table, just the same roles they played in every other coming of age movie. I wouldn't recommend, unless you love looking at Song Wei Long, and which he hardly did anything here.

Brilliant concept, weak execution, this should’ve been a series.
This was a good movie with a fascinating concept, which is what initially drew me in. However, while watching, I often felt lost and had trouble following the storyline. The actors did a great job portraying their roles, but the plot itself felt underdeveloped and vague. I was left wondering about the purpose of each story since there wasn’t much real progression, just a lot of “blah.”I honestly think this would have worked much better as a series, where the stories and characters could be fully explored. The idea behind Wonderland is really interesting, so I hope they consider expanding it into a drama in the future.

A recipe for love, laughter, and a little wisdom — Dating in the Kitchen truly served it all!
I binge-watched this drama, and it was totally worth it! The storyline was engaging and beautifully paced, while the acting was even better; natural, heartfelt, and full of chemistry. Every episode kept me hooked, and even the side love story added a charming touch. What really stood out to me was how the show used the historical pair Liu Bang and Lu Zhi as an analogy. I don’t believe the female lead truly embodies Lu Zhi’s characteristics, but understanding that comparison gave me deeper insight into the kind of woman a man ought to have by his side and the balance between love and ambition.
There were also several relationship gems throughout the series; moments that felt genuine, reflective, and even instructive. As an older adult watching a story where a mature man falls for a much younger woman, I could appreciate how the drama portrayed the immature yet innocent and adorable side of the female lead. It offered an interesting perspective on growth, vulnerability, and the learning that comes with love at different stages of life.
Overall, Dating in the Kitchen is a warm, funny, and heartfelt drama. I loved every episode. It’s definitely on my favorites list and one I’ll be rewatching for sure!

Definitely stole my heart
Satoh Takeru is my favorite actor, so my expectations for Glass Hearts were high, and this film absolutely delivered. From the very first scene, I was captivated. The rain, the music, the subtle yet powerful expressions, it immediately set the tone and I knew I was in for something unforgettable. The story is beautifully crafted, with moments that touched my heart and even brought me to tears. What stood out most was how deeply the cast embodied their roles, you don’t just watch their emotions, you feel them. Every performance felt raw and genuine, pulling me further into the world of the film.
And the music, wow!. It wasn’t just a soundtrack, it was an experience. Each note seemed to echo the emotions of the characters, making the story resonate even more. I’ve already fallen in love with it and it’s going straight to my playlist.
Glass Hearts is more than just a movie, it’s an experience I know I’ll return to. It definitely deserves a re-watch and has already secured a spot among my all-time favorites.
