Does anyone know where else I can watch this ? I don’t wanna watch it vertically on tiktok or even be made to download the app just to watch.. if anyone has a link pls share
This kind of drama shouldn't be taken too seriously ,that's a bit exaggerating, she never said she was shocked…
“This kind of drama shouldn’t be taken too seriously”. Do you not realize how powerful media is? A light hearted show like this is very much capable of perpetuating racist sterotypes . You honestly see nothing wrong with a black man being portrayed as he was? An African slave named Evil, who is depicted as inhumanly strong and as they called him a “halfwit”. Do you not understand how harmful this depiction is, how black people have been viewed this way for thousands of years, have died because of it and still currently are?
Also him continuing to be a slave even after he was free was just despicable to me. Slavery is a chose now? Maybe in this ridiculous drama were they try to romanticize slavery and make it seem like a human being can actually want to willingly be a slave and it’s idle circumstances rather than being free.
“having a tough look on his face” he looked quite nice to me? What was tough about his face please elaborate, and not smiling isn’t a “tough look”. Because all the men at the race she interacted with were much meaner to her and had deep scowls acted out more aggressively overall. But she didn’t flinch when they were near.
maybe the shows ratings are really bad , does anyone know if it’s being cancelled? I really hope it’s an error the shows so funny deserves to be finished :(
I was so excited to watch this but something so disgusting happened ep 2 that I can no longer continue.
It was just so racist and I can’t believe in 2017 a drama like this can even aired. They had a character named Akumaru. “Aku” meaning evil. He is a black slave. He is depicted as dumb and strong. We first are introduced to him as he races against the female lead. The game was rigged in his favour, but he shows kindness to her and makes sure she still wins. She replies back “I’m shocked you’re so kind!” keep in mind her character is from 2017 her racism is inexcusable. Later on he comes to her after he has been fired for helping her, and offers to be HER slave. As if he’s indebt to HER, like??? He’s the one who helped her she owes him. I immediately exit bc it’s just too disgusting.
Wishing that actor the best bc this really was not it.
I feel like I just watched a PSA on being a good civilian and being considerate of others ((by using your “scope of imagination”)).
I’m disappointed by this Special they had such a stellar cast but the plot really fell short. It was unfulfilling. I felt like so much more could’ve been done :/
Also I think the little boys death was the doctors fault. He couldve treated that boy. He chose to help ppl who weren’t in dire need. Like you seriously couldn’t have atleast let the nurse call the surgeon if you couldn’t do it?? If anyone’s at fault it’s him.
Thank you for your manifestation! You did service. Please do manifest Kim soo hyun’s replacement as well. We…
Oh don’t worry I’m on that.. but he’s more stubborn so we’ll have to manifest much harder. Im doing readings and the cards are telling me Seo In guk..he’ll be the replacement :)
Yass PSH is no longer the female lead she’s been replaced by Seo Ye Ji, a top tier actress. I literally manifested this the plot sounded good but the casting.... I can officially add this to my watch list<3
Let's not continue on the bullying. He was never charged with sexual assault because the sex between them was…
“she was better than to let this guy take that much from her” “made her look FLAWED to society” “so I don't THINK she was that WEAK!”
The way I see victims is different to the way you see them like u said you see them as “flawed” and “weak”. The same way she was seen in her country. She was vilified. You don’t want people to talk about her abuser because it makes her look tainted in your eyes. Well guess what we won’t stop mentioning Choi Jongbums name. Choi Jongbum doesn’t deserve to live another peaceful day in his life. Sorry, we will not be shielding him from the crime he’s committed. We will continue to mention his name until she gets the justice she deserves. We will continue to talk about her story so women know it’s okay to come forward and you aren’t weak or flawed, but strong. Hara is not a victim of cancel culture, she’s a victim of misogyny and gender violence. I wish cancel culture existed but it doesn’t. People arent ever held accountable for their actions. If they were and “cancel culture” existed maybe Hara would be here right now. Her abusers would’ve been behind bars longer and people wouldn’t be siding with him if it existed. That fact that you don’t want him to lose his career after EVERYTHING he’s done to her shows what kind of human you are and I shouldn’t even bother to respond.
BTW Filming someone without their consent during a sexual encounter is sexual assault. If you want to be exact it’s sexual exploitation which is a type of sexual assault

The judicial system failed Hara. Supporters just want to see the man responsible for so much of her suffer , behind bars for his crimes. That fact that lady above is trying to discredit Hara’s testimony in her death is shameful. As we all saw with the burning sun case S.korea Justice system is extremely corrupt and sexual predators can walk free. Walking free doesn’t mean the person isn’t guilty. That man did the crime . She deserves justice, and if u don’t want that for her just stfu and keep scrolling.
