This is one piece of a beautiful period drama I've ever watched. Refreshing, fluffy with just the right amount of fluff. It is so good, the actors and actresses are so beautiful and funny. I love the love gazes, it makes me melt. Definitely watch this, won't regret , my only concern is the ending because it's open-ended and definitely leaves a spot for season 2, however its been years and no season 2 in sight :(
I have to say that this is def better than Bpoop Phaeh Saniwaat for me, the little actions and relationship between the main couple were enough for me to say so. Not to mention the light-heartedness (no family feud or anything, just one serious arc comprised in just enough episode and it all passes) and the butterfly(kilig)-factor. It's so good. I want season 2 so much.

Chinese Dramas usually have their dramas dubbed to match the character's voice especially if the actors' voice is different from the character, that's why you'll see a lot of mismatched mouths and voices! they all do dubs so no worry!
disrespect towards the e-sports culture and more e-sport things put aside for the sake of romance. since China has a lot of e-sports players, they've found it bad and was rated 2.9 in douban (chinese drama review site)
I'm currently reading the novel and I am loving it very much! Wang Ruichang is the like, the perfect embodiment of Zhou Sheng for me. He looks like a hoodlum and a noble young master which is exactly as in the novel!! especially wang ruichang's eyes!! so sly and so sexy!! Bi Wenjun is not really what I envisioned yu hao to be but I like their wangjun cp so much and im living for this!!! Yu Hao also sings in the novel, and bi wenjun is an idol— AAAA I hope we can see him singing in the drama <33 patiently waiting for this!
What in the world... started watching this for Han Mubo and my other 3 ipd boys bUT the plot is really unstable. They're bickering here and there, there's a lot of greasiness, to be honest. Han Mubo and Qin Fen, as much as I love them, don't suit this web drama romantic centered that is like the scriptwriter just threw in a bunch of cliches altogether and used the ipd boys for clout. Qin Fen especially doesn't suit the long hair look... ZYC has been through quite a few web drama's and he's ok, he mastered the exaggeration needed for these kinds of dramas -charot- and GMT needs polishing. The CP tropes are, well, cliche (what did I even expect)...
Dropping this for now.

The book is just so so cute!! For the first time, I am asking why the episodes are so short :( only 27? the book was good but kept me wanting for more :( The first time I read it, the first cast in my mind that appeared was DLRB! Though, I hope Yang Yang can give justice to Yu Tu because undoubtedly people will start to compare Xiao Nai with Yu Tu and that their characters are the same.
