I just watched ep3 and this is my honest opinion. first of all I thought this would be a failed attempt to another goblin (when I watched the trailer) but it turned out really good and interesting and pretty different story from goblin. However there are a lot of clichés and too cheesy scenes that I rolled my eyes at. I'm a sucker for clichés but idk these scenes felt out of place and done just for the sake of it. but I'm willing to move past those because I'm really interested in the story and I feel like it would be worth it in the end. They're unraveling it one piece at a time and have set a pace for themselves which I love!! I just hope that they don't mess that up and reveal the story all at once to keep it mysterious and interesting like this till the end.
I'm still crying from the last scene the drama was amazing and ended beautifully but there is one thing I'm mad about and that they didn't show us how the hell did the mother survive
He said don't leave MY and ST alone. ST has Jaesu, juri and the ajumma to look after him but MY has only the CEO…
it was just a joke lol but I'll reply anyway. all the things you said are true but he's the one who ended up kidnapped at the end. Him not knowing about the head nurse makes it all the more important to protect him because he'd go with her anywhere bc he trusts her as we saw.
I haven't always bought into some of the side relationships in this drama. I still don't know what pizza dude's…
I get what you mean but the pizza guy is the ONLY ONE who takes care of KT without him asking to.. he's really important imo I think if KT hadn't had a somewhat "normal" person who he can just speak his mind to without judgment or fear of consequences-someone who KT doesn't have to take care of for once he'd have gone insane a long time ago
1. the director of the hospital specifically said to KT to NOT leave his brother alone 2. there's literally a killer who hates/ tormented his brother on the loose
KT: oh here is an idea sangtae how about you stay alone for a few days
What I loved about that moment was that throughout the show MY always felt the need to have weapons, be aggressive…
ohh wow I love this comment!! you said it 100 times better than me!! you beautifully described what I lazily reduced to (appreciated someone taking care of her for once) I agree completely!!
It also tells she is a fcking creepy one. If not for GT I think the guy is sent eating grass from the roots.
he deserves it tbh.. not the best approach I agree but at least she can defend herself.. the man is abusive and he wouldn't have left her without a serious injury so whatever she can use works
I was watching episode 8 again and noticed the rock in her hands! when KT hit the man and ran to help her she let go of a rock she was holding... I love that they're showing us that she didn't need a man to save her (like 99% of kdramas fl) and that she was going to be fine all on her own BUT STILL she appreciated someone taking care of her for once I think it's a really beautiful and refreshing detail
I'm glad someone else thought that the mother is the head nurse I was actually thinking that to myself since episode 9 but was hesitant to post it.. it makes so much sense and would be a great plot twist!! (I mentioned in a discussion I wrote that it makes sense for the mother to be working at the hospital because that's where her husband is and he's the only one who knows about her murder so she has to keep an eye on him)
I can't tell you how much I LOVED the scene where ST says that his mother was a good mother to him but a bad mother to KT!! I'm so glad that he knows and understands and honestly it wouldn't have been very believable that he has it in him to forgive KT otherwise
Finally it’s getting better ? I was literally about to go off if they didn’t get to the main plot! Not gonna…
not really. I'm sorry but I don't agree at all.. all of them had secrets and insecurities that were eating them alive and holding them back from living a normal life.. they had to face each and every one of them to heal first.. to become a somewhat normal human beings so that they can face whatever the main plot has for them (the mother and the murder).. if it happened any sooner they'd have just ran away or bottled it up which means no characters growth or development
