OMG, so true. I grew extremely attached to Tendo's character for the reasons you mentioned, so now it hurts a lot because I've already binge-watched it *cries*. I loved that sofa scene where Tendo told Sakura that she doesn't need to take care of him or anything. From the moment he gave her that chocolate bun (thus having professed his feelings), my heart started hurting for him in a good way. ;D
Awww seriously. I feel the same way about everything, thank you for a great sum-up! Tendo's character really won my heart over from the 1st episode because he wasn't really a devil – he was strict and composed, keeping his emotions and feelings to himself. But that's just normal lol. And yeah, the way he never swayed after making up his mind about Sakura (hmm was it the choco bun scene?) almost makes me cry. I can't help but admire his sincerity. And damn, I wish Sakura watched him more carefully to see through his facade, just like she did with her patients! But then again, love makes us blind lol.
