layers and relationships a person can have during their lifetime

I was hesitant to watch it due to all the negative reviews online but since I had the time and I was bored, I watched it. I think the online debate missed the point of the drama. I did loved it. I think the message needs maturity to be understood. (With the title and by the third episode you will deduct the ending) In my perspective, it was never about who will end up with whom in the final episode and more about all the layers and relationships a person can have during their lifetime. Among the relationships presented in the drama there were: Lee Mi Do and Namgung Ho (main one of course) although, there are other relationships: Lee Mi-do and Tae-Sung and Namgung Ho and Park Su-ah (as couples) or Namgung and his mother, father and brother and the “love” he showed for each, Lee Mi-do and her siblings and parents, Park Su-ah and her relationship with her father and “friend” and Tae-Sung with his initial caretaker and later on with his “boss/savior” between all those there were also presented each relationship with co-workers, friends, and even acquaintances. To me, the main purpose was to present all the feelings, emotions that involved being a person and living. I think the ending was perfect since it gave them time to heal, reflect, closure and embrace those new relationships they were to have in the future without the pain, fear guilt and the bound they felt among each one.
