I really want to see the korean remake of queen's classroom, though. I hope it will be ko hyung jung...

My pleasure and thank you for accepting :) Love meeting new people. Everyone seems so interesting around here :) Well, it may come across as such because I think of the focus on romance. Japanese are still less glmorous when it comes to thus aspect and a lot of older dramas in particular have a focus on a sort of partnership, which is really nice. It's changing, though, with drmas like Rich man poor woman. But I do think watching both is very complementary. I will eagerly go through your lists since you have seen so many dramas and pick out the jdramas I haven;t seen and which you rated most highly. Dont get me wrong I like my romance too but Korean romance in overdose can cause boredom. It's then that Japanese drama coe to the resue with something refreshing. It helpes they are usually shorter, too.

Hello! I just visited ice world page and saw your comment, your username intrigued me so I came here...and wow you have an interesting background! I also tend to lean towards Japanese dramas but like you Korean dramas also tend to amaze me especially, I think they provide a good counterbalance to each other. I still haven;t watched that many, but I like a balanced approach between both Korean and Japanese. A little bit of others mixed in too.

lol :D well that's a good solution haha. Dong yi was boring to me as well and I didn;t even like the cast, I think you may find Yi San boring too, but I just love the main character too much. I would have liked Dong yi better it it had different cast, especially Dong yi herself and if the character of the king had been written better- he was so annoyingly stupid.

Have fun! I found the lead guy likeable. Lead girl had a bit of annoying mannerisms but I got used to it. I think it;s quite likeable., but I"ll look forward to hearing your reactions. Right now I am having a bit of a breather, yes. And I can afford to immerse myself into dramas again! As many as I can until I have to disappear again, as I may. I judt discovered we had this wonderful new feature, it's like having a private version of facebook hahaha. I love all this.

well I hated Dong Yi stupid king- badly written character. I like Yi san, he's very likeable but each episode is about intrigues to kill him lol. I swear to you there are more attempts to get rd of him in this drama than in any other saegul I've seen. For me, I just like the main characters a lot, such a good and kind person. But the drama can get frustrating becxause of all the attempts to kill him..lol.

hahah NO lol it's not crime at all, it;s just...a dream sequence to get into the series. the series is light and fluffy with a bit of typical elements to add mre sombre mood to it, it;s a relaxing watch, if you can like the the characters. I quite did.

I'd think so, it;s Jo jin Hoo after all, he's got that cold thing about him. I will give it a watch :D ohhh you;re saying better than Equator man? then I watch :D Still Equator man had memorable scenes...except I was SO annoyed by the blindness thing going on and off, so annoying, it really was silly.

CYHMH cab easily get tiresome..it;s a pretty standard drama, but I LOVEd the father. Except I think he was treated a bit too instrumentally so I have objections. ohhh glad to hear you are not very disappoined by k2h..at least not yet, hope you can complete it one day. Yes, I heard of five fingers, I am contemplating watching it, it sounds like it could get interesting.

yeah, but both dong yo and jewle in the palace were actually pretty popular so..two. well if you say so but he just seems SO out of place in a saeguk, like saeguk and hin don't fit. i;ll try...one day, but nit a priority. I think for JJh it really is a matter of bad manager...take lee bum soo, for instance, he's had far more success.

hahaha :D oh man, I"m doomed! :D You know, I am kind of imagining now how it would have been if instead of Ji Jin Hee HE played in Jewel in the Palace. Speaking of ji jin Hee. WHY does he have such a poor manager, je always lands him some bad scripts. I feel bad for him. Have you rried watcing great Seer?

Person Lee Seo Jin
I really loved him in Yi San. That character captured my heart completely. He's really great as Yi San and fortunately that role brought him good recognition. But his other dramas don't sound quite so interesting. Maybe Gye Baek will get my attention. PS: His dimples are to die for lol.
