Hi there! How's it going in the New Year? I have to say, Shut:Up Flower Boy band really livrs to its hype. I really enjoyed it, because the friendship with its ups and downs felt very genuine and there was something to go away with. What's up in your dramaland these days?

tend to have the most resonance with me because their acting is often more practised and sharper. But I think you said it well: something that keeps my interest :)

In general, I like stories which have it all, good substance, a touch of romance ( I like when it;s subtle, not overbearing or dominating), friendship, family, strong characters. I do like light romances from time to time but I am not too obsessed with them, in fact I tend to avoid pure romances as they are not satisfactory to me. I like saegukls like Jumong and Queen Seon Duk with strong cast, strong plot and well told.I also find myself like suspense-investigative-mystery drama but only those which really grab my emotions. Prefer watching more seasoned actors in general. I also don't really like when they extend dramas, tends to hurt the stories. KTG was slightly too much on the makjngy side for me, but I quite liked it when I watched ir.but the actors there I am not attracted to because they are too young for me-for eye candy I am attracted to actors in their 30s and 40s, they also

I see. possibly, but perhaps Asian food is not popular in romania. It is terribly trendy in Poland and in the UK it sort of autmatic since many Asians are here.

Yesh I figured, except I never liked the hong-haired guy. Prefer the manga version for this reason, it didnlt have unnecesary complications. No I haven't seen either yetm but planning to. Last I watched The Chaser and I thought it was very good. It actually started from anime for me too until eventually I discovered hana yori dango the anime and then hana yori the drama. And so...I am here. What sort of drama do you like? I cpuld see Jumong among your favourites. I really loved that one.

Lovely, thank you. having a nice weekend? I think i recognize your avatar. I never liked the pairing, though..if it is what I think it is. I do like the image itself, though: nice colours. So, what brought you to dramas?

long doesn;t always mean good. :) I tend to have verbal "diarrhea" in this way :P As long you argument why you like or dislike a drama, long or short, it's good. How about practise on the blog with the new dramas like you do on your profile currently? That is a very interesting approach:) mhm the only thing I like so far is sushi, I could eat it all the time, in fact I just may go and buy some today because now I"m starting to have a crave lol. I wouldnl;t be able to eat the spiocy food, though. I"m not good with spicy.

ohh see I had forgot it was Dae Mul. Yes I did follow your review then! Otherwise I wouldn;t have discovered Dae Mul and. I remeber you telling me at some point you wished to delete all if your reivews, I'm glad they are still there. Your review for the historical dramas are good. Thank you for reminding me. :)

BTW, curiously,I just checked our first recorded profile-to-profile conversation is from January 1 2012, though I know we had chatted earlier sine your message from January 1 is about you changing your profile name to Stranger_A :D and confirming that it's you :D We've been chatting like this for over a year, Yeona! It sure is enough time to develop a sort of a good bond :) Not sure why there aren;t earlier conversations, do the pages have a limited capacity for storing and anything older than a year gets automatically deleted? I wonder. Anyhow, doesn't really matter, perhaps it's better that way for safety and security reasons.

Possible but then chances of meeting someone from the same city are difficult becaise Asian soap operas are still pretty much a niche interest :D I don't think in one seminar group of students you would find someone who shares that interest, maybe in another group :D And in a lecture hall you;d ptobably find 2-3 others at most. I think it;s best not to know, makes thingfs more comfortable and we need to safeguard our identities, even if in all pther things, the things we say we are being honest and our essentially being orselves. I find it easier to be myself online in some ways.

it is unique in the drama world and the writers were good, some things could have been handled better but sometimes it cannot be helped. Viewership rates determine, unfortunately, what happens to the stories since they are made on a week by by week basis. Sometimes extending hurts the stories very mich, otherwise, some of them could have used an episode extra to have a better ending. So, what sort of things do you like in dramas in general the most?

Well, we all have different ways of expressing outselves. I"m very happy with the people I got to know over time. I sometimes think about what it would be like if we all met in real life. ha. I'm really not sure how that would go down, I think I would be terrified. But even in communities like this you will find people with whom you get along better than others and become closer in interests because you will be sharing great conversations and find out that your tastes in dramas and recommendations are really worthwhile.

So I knew the site before the profile comments worked, I knew it before it became as big as it is today, but I left because of some things and I never looked bacl when I rejoined under a new na,e. Besides, I lost password and email to that old account, I wouldn;t be able to relogin anyway. I definitely agree about not being able to trust people online. But you know it's actually easier to talk to them and let go eventually since you will likely never meet them. But you still have to be careful. Except here MDL was a and will remain a bit different because this community is connected to a very specific interest.
