Aww, thanks, I get carried away sometimes, though, plus I do make typos haha. But I like reviewing, especially after having given drama some thought. I completed C&A pretty fast and resting today been thinking about it and came upo with the conclusion that its shine is really mostly on the surface so felt complled to write about it. Your reviews are mostly good too, Yeona, since you d give enthusiastic insights into what you liked and why you think it;s good, the one I didn;t like really was for Miss Ripley (but I didn't vote it down) because I don't think it;s useful to write statements as it's not popular on the intenret because it's dumb. I'd avoid such straightforward statements.

I think it's good to explore and also good not to close yourself in any one genre because then you would lose a sense of variety and also it;s good to have a taste of what is good in each genre. Plus, mostly every drama has its strengths, it;s just that I feel that sometimes they are too intent on selling it, so those strong points sometimes end up being watered down. For instance, padam Padam started out as a very strong story but the middle episodes around epiosde 10 are for the time being mostly filler material, and it;s a waste of a really great concept and execution.

aww, lol, but I know it sometimes feels like watching dramas is useless waste of time. But in reality it doesn;t because the more dramas you watch the more you get a sense of what is good and what is bad- according to your own personal views and then you can keep finding only those good dramas (for your defitnion) and discard all the rest and it;s the search for thiose treasures that is really interesting, because it can change the way we think about some aspects of things.

Mirichan, I think you just need to find your defintiioon of excellence at this point, because these things change with age and with each rewatch of a drama. So, keep on looking, I'm sure you;ll find something which matches your definition of outstanding and then you will refer to it for your defintiions of "good" :-) But for that, you honestly have to see a lot to get the general taste of where these dramas go. What matters is what you agree and disagree with and I'm sure you will find the one Drama ;-)

It's simply beautiful and well made and I've mostly said it all in my review; it';s a drama I found very uplifting to watch because it;s of very good quality.

right now I'm thinking of starting Three Kingdoms, which is a highly budgeted historucal drama but the number if episodes (95) is scary lol. The avatar is from Jejoongwon. It's a very well done story, with everything in it, really. Well executed, good acting, based of history, beautiful OST, the main characters is really sympathetic and anyone trying to mess with him makes me want to kill them lol. Park Young Woo does excellent job at portraying him and bringing out his humility and golden heart. It;s a gem of a drama, well for me, but it does take its time to unfild, that's why it's quite long. But I think it;s very worthwile. The love story is subtle. It;s also a medical drama; the unoqueness of it lies that it doesn;t need a time travel gimmick to combine these things: medical, romance and history, plus changing times at the time of the fall of the Joseon dynasty.

Yes, I want to watch this drama, I heard it was good and had some heart to it. plus I like Oh Man Suk.

Yes, I've seen it now Mirichan ^^ Truth be told, I was expecting a more historically accurate ending but perhaps it's best they left everything else for personal exploration. I thought it was supposede to be longer, however it was of the same length as reguar episodes? I liked the episode as a conlucion to Gou. What I really like about these modernised historical dramas is that they try to draw our interest to history. Have you started watching Hungry! yet?

Well, as a final thought before I write a review, It?s shot well, it has good music, the cast is good, overall no complaints about the drama, really. It's an interesting idea for a drama too, with pretty big names, the Cain and Abel concept is well used and the final effect givrs the story a very human dimension, even though some points of the story may seem too contrived.

It's pretty good but Oh Young is too oblivious for a female character.

And why is oh Young so silly? argh, though she has a reason to be doing what she is. poor unsuspecting Lee Cho In. Lol, well looks like the mad ride has begun! Since I'm reacting thus, it has def pulled me in lol.

lol. You can try taking a screenshot from the drama for something different and edit it a bit in paint/ or photoscape. There are a few other posters as far I've seen but yesm I would say t that picture of them two somehow fitted your MDL "persona" lol. But you can come up with something for JJW too I think ;-) and taking a screenie from some favourite scene with them together or maybe searching through google images should give you an idea or two. You can also try looking for some ideas over at hancinema, I'd send you direct link but my internet is really slow today.

why all the makjang so excellent at pulling in I love brother - brother stories but this one will most likely shatter my heart. Wahh. But I'll keep watching anyway, it looks like an excellent production.

Hi there! How are you doing? Started watching fermentation Family but it;s nit pulling me in; I mean I love how flashbacks are done, and it's technically good but there is something missing in the acting..some charisma or chemistry perhaps. Does it get better later on?

Hey, just out of curiosity, do you know Korean? I'm asking cause last time on Ojakgyo thread you were telling me a reassuring spoier as to Han Tae Shik and Mi Suk..and clearly before episode 46 was subbed, so I'm just curious if you know Korean and have perhaps watched the latest episode since I'm curious to understand what was said there lol
