I checked the comment section only to see the fans of this drama calling me a homophobe for giving the negative review. All because I couldn't tolerate assaulters. People are not even allowed to make criticisms now, they'll bully us, call us by terms which we're not. Watching a straight drama or thriller series automatically means we hate queer people. Idk what kind of logic this. Little do they know that none of the straight shows I rated high has r@pe glorification or any toxic abuser male leads. Maybe they haven't watched any of those since they're so used to watch shows promoting grape. I believe the fans of this drama are either just privileged woman or maybe some not knowing the word consent and the seriousness of grape.
As you said there's no use of saying all these to those ignorant breeds who live in delulu fantasy world and finds pleasure in shipping straight men. Unlike these clowns I support real queer people so I don't mind whatever they call me for hating a toxic bl. Perverted fans will get some reality check sooner or later.

I still do hope china will lift the ban for bl shows. Because this type of low quality content gets released and hyped because of the ban. If there was no ban there would have been many good quality and good acting bl series from China so that the bl fans won't settle for such a cringe content. Again many c bl fans are annoying so I get why govt ban bls. About the kids watching it I don't think any bl/straight shows rated 18+ are made for them so they shouldn't watch. But showing love between 2 sex couple don't deserve a total ban from govt tbh

Even comparing it with many popular dramas like "game of thrones" "squid game" etc. I want to ask them if any grapist is glorified in those series because no one will defend a grapist everyone hates them. Imagine if these things happen in straight dramas surely it would've been banned since day one. The way some people are telling me to forget the scenes because it's just few seconds. Okay but what about the unconsented kiss and SA scenes of main. Also threatening a side character with r@pe lol if they don't see all these as issues maybe they're just a human being with no morals. R@pe is not a joke as the fangirls think. And telling revenged love is the best series of all time and dominating all the well made high budget series has to be a joke. The series is not just toxic even the editing/ dubbing/acting of main leads is really bad

Exactly the same thing I have issues with. I even put it out in comment section only to get attacked by toxic fans of this drama. No one here can criticize the series the series as per those fans. As you said if people all write good reviews then they'll make up the same kind of problematic content but these viewers here don't understand a single thing

This is what I said about you guys. You're constantly fighting with even slight criticism about the drama. That's what provoke others to reply you more. I didn't even reply to a single postitive comment calling it the best series. Because it's their opinion and this is my opinion. It's not the best series for me but it might be for you and I respect your choice. As I mentioned not every enjoys toxic characters. Imagine saying this to people who were subjected to such real life traumatic scenarios saying it's okay to romanticise toxic relationships. If we don't criticize they'll continue making such tropes again and again. Only with some criticisms there can be slight improvements even in future. And I repeat no one asked you to drop the series you can watch it completely. Don't act like children just fighting over a series, the people here including me are not your enemies or we did something to hurt your feelings We are just stating our opinion just about a series and nothing else.

No one is asking you to drop the series. Seriously I wanted to support the series at first because china don't usually release bl series and the authors previous work (stay with me) I liked it a lot and even actors were good. But here its with mostly delulu fans, normalizing of toxicity and misogyny is disgusting.

I agree with you. The story between main characters is really toxic and many are romanticizing the actions of male lead. Fiction really do have influence on people. Main characters of a story being this toxic is really upsetting.

Problematic scenes is healthy non toxic series are all done by the evil people and they'll get punished. It's not the romantic male lead who does problematic things in any romance series. Those who does such things will be called as villian and not green flag male lead who deserves love and care.
