Tbh I’ve watched many of the historical drama out there but not all of them are into my liking. Some dramas that I rewatch many times are faith and iljimae. Other than that empress ki , gu family book, queen Seon deok, dong yi , alchemy of souls , moonlovers are some that I like the most. Most of the recent historical dramas didn’t impress me that much. And not many historical dramas comes out these days. Hope that changes in the future.

Im upto ch 38. Even i thought the same. I feel like in the drama HeYan will still be the young lady of the He family and the story will unfold from there onwards without any rebirth plot. I dont think they will change the whole story from the novel and will follow closely to the novel plot without major changes. Anyway im really excited for this one.

Yess since I started reading the novel I also felt the same. I feel like they will not follow the rebirth plot in the drama cuz in the novel at the beginning she is dressed as a man for quite sometime but from the reuters it can be seen she wears women clothing. I feel like the drama will be the total opposite of the novel.
