Trust mydramalist users to gaslight a perfectly normal view. If something is wrong and against the laws of universe, it doesn’t matter how many people think/believe in that. Many negative comments on this one. And only two episodes in. Maybe Chinese bots? Or fans? Or anti-fans as you call them. Now this may fizzle out in upcoming episodes but no way it has disappointed me so far. In fact, I am for a change looking forward to this one. Every character’s back story and their current emotional state is established well. As a viewer I find all characters relatable and I think that’s a win.

If millions are doing it doesn’t mean it’s the right thing to do. Sex is nothing without the two parties being emotionally invested in each other. That’s recipe for disaster. And whether you agree or not, I am sure this would/should draw strong criticism from sane sections of society.

If that is so then why does FL thinks it’s wrong? This series is grooming current 21-22 year olds that only flesh based relationships are ok. This is what this series is telling current gen-z.

8.7 rating!!! For what? For putting televised version of grooming literature? If zhang linghe was criticized for being lipstick general, what kind of criticism this one should draw? In every version of universe this girl(FL) gets chewed up and ends up badly wounded and psychologically scathed.

Fair enough! I will back off and let you all enjoy the drama. I started watching it after strong ratings but I found it to be very weak and even contradictory and also slow and boring. Hence I wanted to see if someone else feels the same. Clearly no one here thinks that way. Thanks again for everyone’s input.

I almost smiled when you said ML is pursuing FL maturely. I mean I have yet to come across a guy who would seriously pursue someone and would still say ‘you pick!’. Also age does not matter while dating. I said princess syndrome because this girl needs to be picked up in every single episode. Why is being ‘fragile’ a thing that most MLs in most dramas look out for. How is that an endearing quality?

Thank you for your reply! I dont think crying and sitting down in a mini skirt at a semi public setup, will pass any level of maturity. How is it breakup when they never dated. I like trad definition of these things. I can digest if it’s flirting, it’s not even that. Looks like FL and her love interest skipped the crucial stage of dating before proceeding to start gaslighting/ed by each other.

Very slow. There is no story. Couldn’t identify one till ep13. Also what’s with grown women and concept of being chased by men. Either you like a person or not. Princess syndrome at full display.
