Totally feel the same!

This is what happens when you have a strong start but a weak ending - like what was that ending??? I get it that it was a HEA for the main leads, but what about the justice? So the betrayer, Grandpa Li, gets away with just being exiled, and the prime minister gets poisoned? Where is the justice in that? And what was that alternative ending? And who the heck was Yu QianQian? The only thing that felt right is the flip that the alternate Qi Min gave her when he met her in the other possible timeline - going to puke when seeing her felt like a great way to be safe from someone like her.
All in all, the show started great, but went boring and full of plot holes by the end...
The actors did a great job with what they were given - applause for Den Kai and Lin Mu Ran!!!, and the visuals and cinematography were awesome.

They tried making excuses for Kang Su Hyeon, but no, there's no excuse for the way she acted, both with her family and with Jin Woo. Just one episode of her making amends is very little, very late...

Why can people vote on episodes that have not even aired???? That's why the score is lower, and it's super annoying

I get that he's supposed to be cold and unwilling to budge - but the thing that frustrates people is that lack of reasoning behind his attitude, especially for those who haven't read the novel.

This is one of the most frustrating bl shows so far - the story seems to go nowhere and the reasoning for the actions is somewhere outside the plot... I get that in the beginning things were unclear, but they are still not clear even after all these episodes... besides, this episode feels like a filler as nothing happens (besides that backstory of Pharan's mom that still felt incomplete ...) And the chemistry, while there, feels like it's an afterthought.... Maybe this is better understood by those who previously read the novel, but since I didn't, it feels frustrating because of the wasted potential.

and you know the worst of it? that they just go along like everything is ok, like he's not dying of that deadly poison, without doing their best of finding a cure... only when he spits blood and is on the verge of dying they're like...oh, yeah, we were supposed to look for a cure, but... ups, we forgot until we saw you on the floor with blood all over...

And, let's not forget the detail of the father / mentor who acted like he knew what was going to happen on that boat - totally suspicious, the ML tells the FL about this, she also agrees, but conveniently, completely forgets about this ... isn't this a key aspect that also proves the ML's innocence? does she take this into account? Nope

this right here is the main reason why the rating is so low

what betrayal? Did she ever check the facts (actual facts, proof and evidence!!!) before making the assumption? And that poisoning was completely pointless and brainless

completely agree - she wasn't forced in any way to marry him and she looked happy while doing the bowing

being a fighter doesn't mean being stupid... and so far her character is written as if they are strangers, not people who are supposed to be in love, who grew up together and know all about each other. I think the entire issue is the inconsistency of the writers, that's what makes her character very unlikeable, As opposed to Love of divine tree, where her actions had a point, had valid reasons to back her up.
