Eternal love of dream is practically a spin off of Eternal love. It’s Feng Jiu and DiJun’s own love story elaborated and explained in better detail.
Same as what we have seen in the first one as they have three lives together, it will show you the whole story main focus on them.

Both have investigative genre and clever ML and FL.
- Both have female Empress WU that reigns this period and have their own secret intelligence or hire clever people to investigate murder mysteries.

Sort of set in the same universe with all the Wuxia and different sects with own fighting styles. Both ML are orphaned since young and both weak until they master different moves from different masters/sects.

Both FL have big family that struggle to survive and rely on the FL to use her wits and ideas to come up with businesses that become successful in making money.
Both dramas are about blossoming in adversity, as in making the most out of struggling situation.

This reminds me of Fights break spheres a bit. Same vibes due to the ML both start off weak and everyone thinks they have no chance of cultivating or advancing. They are smart and resourceful. Both gain techniques and advance cultivation through surprising methods.
-But both Ml surprised everyone and gets stronger with their hard training.
-they are both lucky in getting treasures/artifacts that greatly help them.
-they level up bit by bit and become stronger than most.
-their personality is similar, they don’t think twice in killing the bad guys.
-both clever in fights and getting away.

The stories have completely different plots. But they have intricate stories that are thought provoking and emotional reaction within the plot with depths of each character, and character development.
The scenery and background are the same (heard it was produced by the same people)
The vibes are similar especially the CGI and scenery. Both xianxia dramas with romance being the main theme.

Both have same ML, who acts with the same humour, wittiness, cleverness of schemes and learns martial arts and scheming through experience and guidance by their respective fathers.
The whole drama has the same vibes throughout and reminds me of each with the schemes and fighting style (wuxia).

Same historical figures although told in a similar story but characters are different.
Same history. Same or similar names. Story told in another light
