General ML with a powerful aura, grudge with royal family, grudge with his father. A desire to avenge his uncle's defamation and death (like Xiao Heng's desire to avenge his father's death).
Gothic aesthetics.

Both have elements of thriller, mystery and investigative genre.
The stories are similar in the sense that they are creepy and people believe ghost/demons are behind it. But the ML investigates and explains how they are murdered or orchestrated.

Dashing youth is the prequel which tells the story of the master characters in blood of youth when they were younger. Set in the same universe and setting.
Both have Wuxia and great fighting scenes.

Beautiful CGI and setting with demons and demon hunters.
Lots of little stories within the plots that show different emotions and demons aren’t always evil, where some humans are.
Both dramas are thought provoking. Shows that both demons and humans are alike and both have good and evil.
A lot of prejudice towards all demons.

Different plots but the FL undergoes a face swap and goes through trials to survive.
The ML in both recognises the FL in both dramas through certain mannerisms and gestures.

The only similarity is that the FL joins the army disguised as a male to make their own achievements as a woman.
Both war genre, both cross-dressing, strong FL.

Enemies to lover trope
Both ML work in the court but also have hidden identity to try and uncover something.
Both have very clever FL
Different plots of course but Similar vibes
