She should have told him that Ro Sa was in love with him and ask him if he was in love with Ro Sa even though…
Yeah, this would never have happened if Jimin had been honest from the start . I don't blame Ha Neul for not chasing her, I mean he was probably confused af.
I'm interested to see how things are going to play out for the main couple cause we're halfway through and Joo Ah's feelings for Moon Joon haven't wavered even a bit so far. I just hope that, if she ends up with Min Ho then they will have more romantic scenes together and a proper build up rather than a last minute realization of "omg I loved all along".
Also wth is wrong with Jimin??? Girl your boyfriend came crawling back to you when you asked for some time and then 10 minutes later you brake up with him on his birthday and then you complain he didn't chase after you??? Bitch please be serious.
Couldn't agree more. I liked Moo Young but not as a love interest, the dude was basicaly a sociopath and even after everything he's done Jin Kang still wants to be with him.
I think the first one is very true for me. Most K dramas don't know how to handle love triangles properly, so either they end up being completely useless or they make the second lead so much better than the first lead that I actually get frustrated and drop the show for good.
I was someone who didn't like to drop dramas at all, but much like yourself I've grown up, started University and now I barely have any time to watch the dramas that I love, nevermind dramas that I dislike so I started dropping a lot.
I think this peeked last year where I dropped almost all dramas I started so I had to resort to rewatching dramas that I liked because nothing new suited my taste. Even so. I still try to give dramas a chance, specially if I think it has potential or if I liked the first episodes, but if I start to feel bored to the point I want to skip scenes I know it's time to let it go.
The only drama I dropped without even finishing the first episode was Romance Is A Bonus Book, I just don't really like the themes that drama was setting up to explore with an older fl and I could feel I wouldn't enjoy it much so I just dropped it. Now I'm facing a dilemma: if I should drop a drama I'm currently watching (The Smile Has Left Your Eyes) or not. This is the second chance I'm giving this drama because I like the premise, the first episodes and some of the characters are very interesting, but I'm really not feeling the direction they decided to give to the story so I'm uncertain.
Still, amazing article, I related a lot to some things you said.
Great article! I had The Smile Has Left Your Eyes on-hold for the longest time, but as an INTP and seeing Moo Young is also a fellow INTP I've renewed my insterest in this show and intend to finish this time!
I am also graduating Biomedicine in university and I am grateful you made this article. A lot of times when I watch a show and they start to portray lab work inaccurately it really ruins my immersion. I also feel like most shows depict science as magic and it makes me really mad sometimes lol
