I didn't say there isn't chemistry sim kdram/cdrama.
I'm saying that if they have chemistry workshop there would be no accident of cold couples anymore. Chemistry workshop or even chemistry audition is to understand if two people work best together. Sometimes it's hard to create chemistry even when you're a great actor.
In Man of Steel/BvS Henry Cavil and Amy Adams were amazing actors but they lacked they chemistry Clark and Lois had. They have their best to bring it out but it just felt they were friends rather than lovers. And they got criticised for it a lot.
This is the point. Sometimes chemistry workshop gives the last push actors need to reach the highest potential

Line reading is completely different than chemistry workshop. If you don't have chemistry with your costar be it make or female the series just won't hit right. And yes, kdrama/cdrama doesn't do chemistry workshop. But that also results in two great actors acting by themselves without an ounce of chemistry between them. Somethings that aren't norm in other countries doesn't mean it's unnecessary.

That's not entirely true. In Thailand the workshop is done in groups. In Hollywood production actors individually goes to workshop to prepare for their role. They do it out of their own volition. Hollywood actors can't jump production just because it's taking time to develop if they signed up for it.
Preparing for a role takes months.
Some stories takes years to develop and the actors still needs to return to act in it because they are already signed the contract.

Actually it's a misconception that the production delayed because of some personal problems between MileApo.
They delayed to do more study on the subject. To create a solid storyline for the series. Every part of the storyline has a meaning and a connection to real life situations. Form the French protest to the movie actor who disappeared it's all historical events.
So they took time to make a good well grounded story and then they did workshops with the new actors. Some needed to do chemistry workshop, some needed help with the language. Apo needed to learn French, Mile needed to build his hippie physic. Peter needed to learn Thai properly. Son needed to learn Army behaviour along with build chemistry with Euro.
Not to mention they needed to get government permission for the story and then some shooting spots were only available because of their government support.
So because of it took time for the series to release

And in context of the series that's very in character.
How many people are ACTUALLY in polycule or a harem!? Cheating is the most common factor in society. So obviously that WILL be more used than showing harem. They are trying to normalise Gay older men series and you want poly representation from them. That's so hypocritical!

So them having gay panick and slowly falling in love means no chemistry? What did you want to see exactly? The majority of the episode of was about TanwaTrin. Be is as a cp and solo.

Do you realise that in that era gay people would do this because they had no other options? It's realistic! Because at that era it was common for gay people to marry or be in a hetero relationship to hide. They were either forced to do it or did it because they were closeted and hated themselves for it!
You have unrealistic demand of a harem where people were killed for being gay!

Suspense is good

I've waited for this series since last year and I'm absolutely not disappointed!! This really is MEN'S LOVE. Adult storyline with societal problems. This is what I wanted to see in Gay dramas.
Proper storylines, acting and cinematography. I'm really excited to see what happens
