Not a fan of multiple couple BLs and also getting bored with the university setting but this BL has been really good. Maybe it is the enemies to lovers trope but have really loved it . Looking forward to the finale. I think there is something wrong with the rating. I think it should be higher.....
I wrote here last week that Seonyul And Hyuk Jun seemed to be into each other. Wow. I was right! Well, at least from SeonYul’s side. .Hyuk Jun is still the confused kid at a candy bar buffet.
I binged through the series last weekend and watched the trailer last night for the first time. After watching the trailer, I am also confused about Phayu’s storyline. It seems it can go multiple directions. Same with the Rain storyline.
If I ever wonder why Thailand wont always cater to their international fans for certain shows and bl series, all…
I partially agree with you - there seems to be some glee in ripping series apart in the MDL comments section. On the other hand, if people do not like something, I think they should be honest about not enjoying something. Having said that, I do agree that some people post about how terrible a series is but watch it faithfully every week and come to the comments section to post about how terrible it is !
It is episode 7 and I would have expected the series to have advanced much more than it has. Really enjoying the Rain - Payu storyline though….it is very slow burn….maybe too slow burn. I am not hating the Khim-Sun storyline as much as everyone else. I am just annoyed by all the unrequited love storylines woven into the main storylines. Khim and Rain are wanted by like 2 other people aside from their intended ships…so messy.
Changmin is too self-assertive and reticent. I get off feelings from him. I mean why come to reality show when…
Chang-Min is “Self-assertive and reticent” ? I am confused about how you say he is expressing himself forcefully but also doesn’t want to speak. How ?!!
Vast improvement from En of Love : Love Mechanics. 1. Better Acting 2. Better Storyline 3. Better production and I love how both families came into it - more realistic. One thing that this production was show the socioeconomic differences between the families and how these were a barrier. Usually Thai productions are just full of rich kids dating rich kids. One think I loved was how Yin and War were so much more comfortable with each other. Their interactions were so natural and not cringey at all. Yin really stood out for me in this production. His Vee was funnier, more emotional and the delivery felt more heartfelt. Well done to him and also to War. Mark’s vulnerability and not wanting to get hurt comes across in both En of Love and this production. Both of these actors are excellent. I love the friend gang and I am going to miss the way they all seem to genuinely have fun together.
I also think there is something between SeonYul and Hyuk Jun, although I am just a little concerned that there…
I find Hokeep to be fascinating and a little terrifying! I like his honesty but I am confused about how he feels about Hyeon. I know he thinks of him as a friend but it was almost like he was really interested in him.

I also get the feeling that there is something about Hyuk Jun that we don’t know about. I found it interesting that he was not out before the show. Well, he definitely is now !!!!
It’s seen a year since I watched it and cannot get over it. Can someone share something similar ? I’ve already seen Stranger, Beyond Evil. Mine, Misty, Whisper and looking for more Kdramas with more mature actors with twists….
I saw a comment about episode 7 here and followed the link. And voila ! There it was. The English subs were not great but I got the gist ….i was equally surprised to find that it had aired but oh well!
Watched episode 7 and I am absolutely convinced that SeonYul and Hyuk Jun are truly madly deeply into each other and it’s a beautiful thing . They developed a friendship while rooming together and have the most in common in terms of age and temperament. Also Hyuk Jun was so interested in SeonYul’s responses to the questions being fired at him. Very odd that they didn’t show Hyuk Jun’s question for SeonYul. Maybe it was a little too revealing and would have been a massive spoiler. Also, i didn’t see Chang Min feature much in the coming out narratives….he did talk about him being contacted for a straight dating show though. I read Chang Min choosing Hyuk Jun to be his roommate not because he liked him but rather he just wanted to someone to share the double with him that he could form a friendship with …..I think Chang Min is into Jeonghyun and that is it. Confused about who Hokeep is really into. I thought Changyu but the coffee date says otherwise. I feel for Hyeon. He is the only who is focused and intend one long term partner but I am not sure he will find this in the house. He is intelligent, thoughtful, eloquent and seems like a genuine person, I hope he finds what is looking for, poor Eun Chan is just a little too intense - maybe.
This show should be called “What Chang Min wants”. Everything seems to revolve around him. I which HyeokJun and Seon Yul end up together. I think they liked each other from the start. Very happy that Chang Gyu is getting closer to Jeong Ho. They get along well and seem to like talking to each other…
Just binged through all the available episodes and finding it surprisingly enjoyable. Surprising since the rating is much lower than I would expect. May be it is too slow for most or has fewer inter fans since it is not widely available compared to other series. Usually I do not enjoy side couples but the Rain Payoo storyline is chef kiss….looking forward to the parental interference. Oddly, I am also enjoying all the side characters who are pining for characters who are not interested in them….fascinating…
Personally I like my BLs to have “enemies to lovers” storylines but really enjoying this gentle storyline. It is enjoyable and the acting from both Sea and Jimmy is excellent. I like the whimsical setting and the chemistry between the two leads. It doesn’t seem cringey and awkward but flows naturally.. Not sure where the storyline is headed now but enjoying it so far.
I’m surprised the series is actually getting really interesting I actually can’t wait to see the next episode even though it it might be a repetition of the same old thing… angry business rivals kidnapping you lover…
