OMO! Same theory! Hahaha as crazy as it sounds, I also thought of Syaon (Ji-on) as the psychotic ex-gf (Eom-JI) who underwent plastic surgery, changed her background to accommodate Do Ha's new found life as a composer by hiding behind the guise of a trainee! Maybe, just maybe, Do Ha's mum paid psycho ex-gf a hefty sum to "disappear" in her son's life; and Eom-Ji being the psychotic obsessive that she is, literally DISAPPEARED by changing her face, just so she can start anew by being closest to Do Ha, all while seeing him guilt stricken into thinking she "died" because of him.
Hahaha, drama have many clichés, but totally cute!
