He is handsome because once I read that after Sang Yan and wen yifan marriage they went out for shopping with Djx and Sang Zhi there they saw Fu shi ze and Yifan and Sang Zhi both were looking at him while walking with their husbands and Sang Yan commented "is he handsome"or something like that I can't clearly remember.

Ok I read somewhere that the ML of this drama is actually the uncle of the guy who want to chase Zang Zhi in her highschool days. So I think yes it's the same universe
