No it's not slow paced at all . look we are here to watch romance how two highschool sweethearts who loves eachother but separated due to some issue but after meeting again after a long time they are awkward around each other after some time you will see them getting close to each other . it's a process you can't rush things this is what I love about Cdrama they show us every details you can feel them falling in love.

No because even for a frictional character Sang Yan is an extreme green flag. This doesn't mean that Yi fan doesn't love him . Yes FL does love Sang Yan a lot you can feel her love for Sang Yan when you watch the drama . Yes she is also a green flag but Sang Yan is on another level .
