I saw this on DramaCool, but my assumption is that Yu Kyung is biding her time and making Hyun Deok's downfall her number one priority, a feat that can be done far easier with Ji Ho's greed to take Cheonha Group for himself.

Part of me expects that JH's mom will try to toy with her heart and guilt her into breaking up with Nam Soo(I fully expect JH to refuse even on the off chance her mom exposes ns to her. After all if things go south for NS and his's resignation from MY's company is finally tendered, I highly doubt JH's mom would want a mooch like him on her company, perhaps she believes only she can have all of MY's money)
