Hey I seen a post where you said you like anime-like acting in J-dramas so I thought I'd suggest some dramas that have that style to it. I think you would really like these.

Nodame Cantabile
Hana Kimi
Ouran Highschool Host Club
Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge
Atashinchi No Danshi
Mei-chan no Shitsuji
My Boss My Hero
Switch Girl
Densha Otoku - not anime-like but has otaku's

Yeah, the whole rockabilly bike gang hair style in Japan or in some J-dramas is weird. I wonder if people really do that over there? And yeah, he doesn't seem like the best police officer.

Yeah so, I finished rewatching the 2007 Japanese Hana Kimi and I can't go back to the Korean remake so I dropped it lol. Hana Kimi 2007 J-version wa saiko desu!

Oh and I watched the Nihon Series Kisarazu movie. The first 2/3 of it was great, but the last part of it just got kinda ridiculous. lol I can't stop singing Ki-sa-ra-zu nya nya nya nya nya nya.

Hai, arigatou goziemasu. Yusuke is awesome. I love his character in the new GTO.

Nice Nakatsu pic. I loved Hana Kimi and Unubore Deka too.

Not bad, but I thought it was going to be better - 7

Nice favorites, and I love Nakatsu too, but then again who doesn't!?

Totally agree with your Hana Kimi Review. Oscar really cracks me up and yes no one can beat Ikuta Toma as Nakatsu!

Girl you lookin good shoooot how you doing girl umm humm

Heyyy

Oh OK. I was just wondering if you were new to dramas.

Heyyy you've got A lot on your plan to watch list.

lol I almost forgotm about Gyaboo. I'm gonna have to rewatch Nodame pretty soon.

Nice favorites

This sounds just like My Girl

lol at the buying dvds thing.

At first I thought the remake was great, but that was mostly due to the cast. Now that I'm on episode 9 it's just okay. It's not bad but the 1998 version is much better. I agree with you, it's brilliant.

Oh and I watched Shinigami no Seido and I loved it! It was a really great movie. I may watch it again.

Pretty good, but it could have been better. It has an awesome premise/plot but it was too long. It would have been better if it was shorter and they could have made the romance a tiny bit better. They did a good job at making it feel surreal, but it also was so drawn out that I had to pause it a few times to stop myself from falling asleep. If I was film maker I would redo this movie, make it better, release my version and give this film credit for the idea.

It's a work of art. I loved it!

Oh Rita, you've got to see the movie Sweet Rain aka Shinigami no Seido. It's a work of art.
