I still can’t believe Yong-San went through with continuing to blame HJP for his brother’s death, what a low blow - its seriously not OK. Imagine being HJP in his shoes when he walked into the room and heard that, how horrible you must feel and yet he took it all on the chin and told them the facts.
As if it couldn’t get worse, he even gets beat up by NDS afterwards! Like really! Was the violence even necessary? HJP even gave him advice after!
Why should we have to turn off our brains to watch a drama lmao its 2020 not 2008
So you just blindly accept whatever they feed you then? Sorry but for me to like a show, the plot has to actually make sense and not be a complete mess.
Id really like to know what the knetizens think about the progress of this drama like are they enjoying it and…
All the Korean comments are talking about Jipyeong. The views of his clips have double to triple views of other clips. And ep 12 preview only has 2 seconds of him crying and then 3 seconds of him fighting with Dosan yet the top comments are all Jipyeong, gg writer lmao.
Some top comments:
"He loses if he helps and if he doesn't, he still loses. How much is he going to help those Samsan tech kids for them to know?"
"Why are the Samsan tech people(besides Suzy) so ungrateful towards Jipyeong? Had it not been for him, they would have even lost their presentation to the thieves in the beginning.."
"...to be this freaking(actual word was cursing) disrespectful to their mentor..."
"They're angry at Jipyeong?? They wouldn't even have been able to keep their project till now and Jipyeong is only giving them realistic advice that will help them?"
"It was such a fun drama in the beginning....T__T why does it feel like it's going downhill..." (many such comments)
Blaming someone for a suicide is totally a red flag for the writer. Such a disappointment. C'mon, it's already 2020 and I thought we are already in the era of mental health awareness. Suicide is a part of depression, and this kind of decision depressed people make does not happen overnight.
No one is responsible for someone's suicide-- it's not like someone is at fault if a person is mentally ill. People needs to stop that mindset. It's basically almost the same with victim blaming and mind manipulation. Stop throwing stones at the wrong person or rather stop throwing stones at anyone in these kinds of uncontrollable situations. You'll never want to know the feeling if you are in HJP's shoes in a real life setting.
So I'm pointing my finger to a "well-known" scriptwriter for her inappropriate portrayal of mental illness. No excuses to it as she has all the means to research it. IT IS JUST SO WRONG IN ALL LEVELS
Honestly, I'm just kind of disappointed in this show.
The writing feels inconsistent and lacking, as if they can't decide how to progress the story or the characters. It started off good, but went downhill after.
Also do people actually care about Won In-Jae's mother's subplot? Like she gets like 2 minutes of cameo and that's pretty much it. Am I supposed to care about her or what? What is the point of her?
I hate Nam Do San so much with his stupid wind analogy, and his stupid lies and selfishness that has caused everyone so much unnecessary hurt. I gave him the benefit of the doubt at the start - “oh he’ll become more mature” or “he’ll stop acting petty” or “he’ll own up to the truth”, but in this episode we not only learn that he started lying to her because he “liked her smile”, but continued because he “didn’t want her to cry”.
Not to mention, he’s cheated his entire life yet somehow his parents find out about it now and knowing all of this, he STILL wants people to sympathise with him. When I secretly had hoped he would improve as a person, he does a complete 180 instead and becomes worse. And yet, in the end he’ll still be the one who Seo Dal-Mi will end up loving because that’s just how the plot will probably finish.
I’m sorry but how can I continue supporting Nam Do-San like this?
Han Ji-Pyeong will always be the one who has to suffer, who has to sacrifice, because he can’t realise or understand his feelings and when he does come to terms with himself, he is told he can’t. The one time where he wants to be selfish in his life, he isn’t allowed to. He even ends up being excluded for their 3 people trip to the beach. I’m sorry for the bias, but this is just too much.
Oh my god, I can’t. My heart hurts so fucking much. rant over

It’s been his entire character throughout the series and in the latest episode, we see it yet again.
Man, just grow up. I can’t seriously support this character, when his development is like this.
