Honestly, it's tiring to see people dismiss the female characters just because they want a pure 'bromance' show. The Blood of Youth has always been about a rich, expansive martial arts world. Characters like Qianluo aren't just 'love interests' slapped onto the plot . Lin Boyang did an amazing job bringing Qianluo to life in Season 1, and with the original author holding the pen for Season 2, we are finally going to see her get the accurate, powerhouse character arc she truly deserves. If you can't appreciate a well-rounded Jianghu that includes both brotherhood and canon romance, this isn't the story for you
