Does anyone have any idea of when the sequel will be released? I want to watch this so badly but I know I'll get impatient....so I was planning to watch it all together with the release of the sequel
As for MDL, I found that the ratings for kdramas are pretty accurate (95% accurate) while cdramas are mostly inaccurate...hence for cdramas, I refer douban. Oh really? Idk, but I found it hell interesting from episode 5...like the ML is so intelligent oh my god! I think you should really give it a try cus you know high ratings in both douban and MDL means it's really something worth giving a try (the only disappointment you can get will be from romance area...but not any other parts)
If you have no priority on your watchlist it'll be ok to give a second shot. It's not a great complex story but…
Thanks for telling me and your advice sounds like a pretty plausible plan...I do have a lot of better drama options in my list and that's the reason why I asked the question. I guess I'm not gonna pick this up then lol
If you are a die hard romance fan then you'd find it boring for sure....one must be prepared for excellent court politics, mind blowing plot twists, good action and no romance (tho there is a slight romance but it definitely isn't the main part of the story) while watching NIF. You can just know how good it is by comparing the ratings in douban- NIF has a rating of 9.4 while JOL has a rating of 7.9 (JOL used to be highly rated too when it was airing but the ratings dropped cus I've heard that the story went slightly downhill at the later parts. NIF was so popular in China that it was also called "GOT of China" in Weibo

Although there are many awesome couples and can't be compared to the other couples because every couple is unique...but still if I'd to choose one...then it's definitely the crash landing Ri-Ri couple for me
