I don't mind different opinion as long as we are respecting each other's, but it seems like having a different perspective on things made me look like someone who wants sassy and sexy scenes only.... blah blah blah. Agreed. I actually skip through ep 30-35. I wasn’t as invested in pearl and zhao Ming arc.
I have seen your comment of the arc being important and the reasons many times, but it's still prolonged waaaaaaaay too much that it's almost a filler! It should've been shorter and more time to the last arc, the ending was a bit rushed.

This arc is badly written, as if it were written by someone else other than the one who wrote the previous episodes. It is very long, and yes Fate has a better clean image and so majestic yet evil in a certain way with too much love expressed here and there! XM is basically doing nothing at all but looking hot!! Certain incidents should have been shown and more focus on him as the heroic emperor who is trying to save the world should've been the main aspect of this arc. Yet, it's all flattering scenes between him and Pearl!!!! Really?!!!!!!!!!! Is that your best as a writer?
From Ep 1 to 29 it was 10/10 for me, everything was spot on! ep 30-35 could've been only 2 or 3 episodes, they are boring, though important! too much prolonged scenes and the one thing i waited for i couldn't get: Getting the sword (Forgot its name) Ep 36, we're back on track again, but everything seems so rushed! I wanted more of the demon king! BTW Bin Bin micro-expressions are just WOW!
Is it just me, or does this arc is getting so long? I like the history and back stories of the past lives, but they are taking too many episodes, it should have been much shorter than that.
