As I said - the intro clearly said Seidl. And he has a kind of Bavarian look. But if an American would hear the German pronounciation of "Seidl", he would write it "Sidel" - so maybe Martin he has "internationalized" his name ^-^. I guess the Thai wouldn´t know how to speak Seidl and so also can better live with Sidel. Of course, just my guessing.
Can you tell me exactly what the ending was? The crucial line Dew wrote on Best´s shirt was not translated in…
Thank you so much for this explanation - you made my day. It really bugged me not to know if Best cried because he was rejected or if he cries because they both share the same feeling, but still cannot come together. Thanks to you I now know. In fact, it´s a very sad ending and we can only hope that there will be a sequel. But from the way the ending is designed, I strongly believe we will see those two again. Thanks again ^-^.
No!!!!!!!!!!! What's with the ending please i can't handle thissssssss PLEASE tell me there's a season 2 Pleaseeeeeeeeee
Can you tell me exactly what the ending was? The crucial line Dew wrote on Best´s shirt was not translated in the subs (like many other crucial lines and everything that was written on paper or shirts) - what did Dew write? And what did Best write on Dew´s shirt?
What is it with this series - each episode is getting shorter than the one before - and despite being short EP 09 had so much repetition and basically the same ending as EP 08 - are they trying to stretch the series?
I don´t mind the poor production since I really like the main couple Tae and the Cupid. But the subs get worse from episode to episode and her in EP 05 several lines were not subbed at all. I would have loved to know what Cupid said to Tae 4 minutes into part 4 when he put the Edelweiss under his nose. I wish they would put a little more effort into getting the subs good ahead of airing.
I'm really glad you enjoyed it. I'll replace the video with a proper raw when it's released.
Thank you for your response and letting me know that the manga takes the story further (I wouldn´t mind a sequel movie either ^-^). Japanese movies and series hardly tackle the issue of how a LGBTQ-relationship is dealt with in Japanese society. The Thai BL-series and movies are way ahead here. I would be very glad if you discover Aegisub some more, since softsubs are a necessity if we are to support the Blu-rays that are released without ENG SUB. It´s really sad that Japanese studios so rarely put English subs on their BD´s even if they exist (for many movies subs are made for festival screenings - still they don´t end up on the BD). If we are lucky we might get a Hongkong-BD-release for this movie - they usually carry English subs. Anyway, thanks again so much for your work - I enjoyed it a lot ^-^.

I also enjoyed this movie thanks to your subs (very much appreciated ^-^). I just watched it and am still quite consumed by it ^-^. Good story, excellent acting, awesome scenery shots (and I love the song "Danny boy" so much, that is in the soundtrack). The only critique I might have is, that the film stops where it´s getting really interesting - how will the rural community take their relationship? I am considering to buy the Blu-Ray, but this would only make sense if I can get softsubs to add to the disc. If you´d be willing to let me have them, please message me - thank you ^-^.

Sounds clearer and better there.
