I agree !! Actually I think this series also shows that nothing is ever White or Black (literal sense this time haha), Todd is (to me) Grey like he's not bad but not so good neither.

I think it's hard to throw away such a friendship even with the disagreement that led them to cut contact... It's obvious that they care for each other. When you see Black's face when he goes see him, he seems lost, almost weak in front of him, you see that in his eyes. And I don't find Black as fierce and cold with Todd (after the drowning for example) as he's with the gang. As for Todd, remember in episode 5 in hospital with White, Todd looks at Black saying it's easy to like him and fall for someone like Black with a smile on his face... It's certain that they care for each other, romantically I don't know but I guess we'll see. But according to me, it would be almost "sad" if Todd was the real villain because I don't actually see Black and Todd fight each other

I read a good part of the Novel ! I looooove the story but I do not like how the relationships are in it.... KinnPorsche's is quit abusive and Kinn does what he wants with Porsche. As for VegasPete... well their story begin from beat up and rape so.... But I heard the story in the series will be different and I hope so cause even if the storyline is that good well you can't romanticized such relationships like we saw in the novel...

I don't think he tells that to Dan... We see that he tells him "A life for a life" and gives him a gun so I don't think he would say that to him, I think he'll ask him to help them or whatever... I think (as many people does) that he says that either because White said something really harsh to him (we can see his tears in the trailer when talking to White) OR it's an agreement with Black who somehow convinced him that this life is not for White, it's too dangerous and Sean said that to White to keep him away and protect him (plus we can see that Sean pushes White in the trailer...)
Gram and Eugene scenes are so boring to me, like everyone is more interesting than them
I think (an I hope) that there is more to this story. I mean what's the point to this pairing apart from finding a story to use the character of Gram... I feel like the story of Gram and Eugene is totally out of the context of the story, like a side story with no link with the other characters... Until now, I feel like Gram's character was useless in the series and that they just put Eugene to fulfill the void of this character... So I just hope that there's another story to tell implying Black and not just a random story of a guy who "steal" his friend's girlfriend
