Ep 8 - talk about holding your breath through the whole episode! Just when you think this show is going to hit the noble trope iceberg, it takes evasive action. Magical!

I have been borderline all the way through. What has kept me going is the actors and some of the side stories. So, I watch it in between other shows

I thought it started off well with an interesting story to tell. The performances overall were solid with our two leads the stand outs that they are. Our favourite Mama Fairy also had a good role. However, I didn’t think our young king was convincing. I also thought the story in the second half lost its gloss. Still, it’s worth a look: 7.5/10.

Yes, I agree. I liked the way everything was wrapped up. My favourite couple in the end were the two doctors.

Well, I thought eps 3&4 were a vast improvement on eps 1&2. However, Sunny’s character still seems out of place. The way her character is written and directed is undermining JNR’s amazing talent. The Royal Family and the way they are portrayed is underwhelming as well. It needs a touch of Money Flower to get it back on track. I guess it’s going to be an episode by episode proposition.

I really, really, really like Fluttering Warning a lot. I would be very happy to watch our two leads be together episode after episode without any other “drama” coming into their lives. I like how the writers so far have let them roll with the punches and work things out together. I hope this continues. There have been some wonderful shows and relationships this year, but I think our two leads are the winning combination...

Hmmm. Not really sure at this point despite the superb cast. The concept is very good, but I can’t quite put my finger on my uncertainty. I thought LE’s performance was on the money. I was a bit underwhelmed by Sunny as a character. JNR needs a more mature role. Perhaps that is around the corner. I know it’s early days, but hopefully, eps 3-4 will be more convincing when Wang Shik transforms...

One of my all time favourite shows is BG: Personal Bodyguard as it worked for me on so many levels. I also enjoyed A Life immensely. I’m sure there will be another season of Miss Sherlock. Both leads played excellent roles.

At the end of ep 30 and Manpuku continues to impress.

The Beauty Inside is an absolute gem. No one else could have played the role of Han Se Gye - we get to see style, loyalty, the full range of emotions, vulnerability and someone who genuinely not just likes, but is interested in, and loves her anchor or hope for a better life.

I must admit both her and the Chairman throw the best dummy spits and tantrums I have ever seen in any Kdrama :-)
