I've seen a few clips and could have sworn that the Chang Gyu in the film is the actor who plays the younger version…

that ending kinda confused me - Kim Seok is the guy that cheated on Seung Gyu & he wrote "see u in the…
It's not cheat. The video is just the past.

The phrase "let's meet at the church" behind the caricature means the Korean military holds religious services on weekends. Since the two are enlisting a week apart, they're suggesting they meet at the church within the military.

There may be various interpretations, but from the perspective of understanding Korean, it tends to be interpreted that Seunggyu felt anxious and shaken after seeing Jinseo's video, but Jinseo left a message saying that he wanted to meet at the church after enlisting and enlisted a week earlier, and Seunggyu discovered the message too late and shed tears of regret for being shaken.

Where did the video we see ChanGyu viewing at the beginning come from? Did the ex send it to him? Did he stumble…
It's been so long, but I don't think there's a right answer, so I'll write my answer. I assume Jinseo(you wrote Min Cheol) just kept the first part of the video.
The caricature was a gift from Jinseo to Seunggyu(you wrote ChanGyu). It has nothing to do with anyone else.
