So I am usually not going for Chinese drama because I'm not learning the language so I'd skip it but WOW.
Attention please all the J/K-drama addicted, even if you never tried out chinese drama, this is a great premiere for you guys !
This is definitely the best thing airing now and probably for the while season. It's been aaaaaaages I did'nt watched something so good.
If you're familiar w/ manga/anime vocabulary I'd compare this to a seinen because of the maturity and the darkness of the whole background, while the love story is not cheesy nor bling bling.
High level quality.
I am completely not satisfied with the ending. I am the only one thinking Chef's true love is Shin Sun Ae ? I mean this makes much more sense that the pitiful excuses they served just to close the case. Deserved watching until ep 11 after it's crapy. Just watch it because I was working and silence makes me wanna sleep.
funny at the begining, niced actors but will forget about it soon enough.
I seriously need to go to school in KOREA and have hot guy's like kim yeol and ha joon in my class looool DREAMING(:
Ambitious_96 : Well to be honest, I don't trust those kind of interviews, i think it's more "advertisement", to have an open minded image for the international fan-base.
The sad reality is that korean men are much more close minded and traditional than women. They can have little stories with foreigners, but they never considere non korean girls seriously, they think korean woman are the purest, blahblah cr*ps. It's almost never that you see mixed k-guy f-girl couples, even in Intaewon, the international part of Seoul. (at the contrary of Tokyo where there are so many cute halfu babies). Of course it does'nt apply to everyones, but trust me it's the majority and all my non korean friends that stayed in Seoul, are quite desperate facing the mixed-couple reality. They're cool as friends, but not totaly ready for the full global package.

@TurkishRose Jjajangmyun you can eat it in some chinese restaurants since it's originaly a chinese dish, like "Mappo tofu" they eat it a lot in Japan but it's chinese, so maybe you can look for it in your city .

@Kkazy99 Omg yes ! It happenend a couple of time in Seoul ! compared to NYC, or Tokyo districts are smaller so if you walk through some parts of Gangnam, Itaewon or Hongdae you can see some famous people. Me I Don't really recognize them but my korean friends where like "omo! omo! omo! omo!"
