Ok I'll be very honest : lately I was very WORRIED about k-dramas. I find Pinocchio & birth of a beauty quite boring, Frost is cool but a bit too dark, Pride and Prejudice is cool but a bit slow, well well well... I was actualy shiping more J-dramas lately.
So I started to watch this drama very uncertainly, but guess what ? THIS IS FREAKING GOOD ! Actors are playing their roles soooo well (Ji sung's personalities are so cool, you know it's gonna be legendary) it's worthy even if the background story is very classical.
EXCELLENT quality drama. I got really impressed ! usually I'm very delighted by J-drama either for suspens dramas or comedy/romance, but both aren't always mixed the best way. It goes directly in my top 5 J-drama ! Every actor are so brilliant, with a BIG CRUSH for Watabe Atsuro who's definitely my fav "adult" J-actor.
I completely love his interpretation in Cantabile Tomorrow. The timing and energy, the gesture, and comic situation is very good and precise. I can feel his passion for acting, how refreshing ! I really loved the japanese version, which had a sort of bitter-sweet emotional impact on me, so I'm waiting with excitement to see how deep can Joo Won's performance can be :).
