omo this is how I feel in one sentence. he was born a pawn, treated as a pawn, worked as a pawn and here we are…
Nah I don't mean anything about him being a good guys or his actions can be justified with just his past or anything...like I said I just use wrong word about him...the soft spot I mean is more about there is a feeling of me pity him being a bad guy that accepted doing bad thing because he doesn't know or understand anything better. it is his destiny to be a villain in people eyes. Like the person above said he needs help.
I love that drama so much...one of my favourite Cdrama I followed during airing. If u compare it to QOT, it is similar in away like slow burn, good script, insane couple chemistry and great production but it's a little more complicated.
It's an entertaining show, but not that good, IMO. I know BHW and HHI have lost intimacy, but they're still too…
I respect that but I don't agree with u calling the writing flaw because of these. Base on what u said, I think the writing is naturally developed with the purpose of making these characters flaws and have their own real personality to do things differently that we, viewers see outside of the box, think they should do.
They have reconciled and made a deal to sleep together since ep 6 tho if u forgot but she found out the divorce and later with all the family crisis and her illness, it is understandable they need some time to slowly get back together again (also they are now divorced and she just stay in his house for awhile). If u have seen ep 13 Preview, they moved to his apartment so u can expect them to sleep together now😂.
About the villains, it is just a preference and I respect that u want it that way but other people like me prefer a villain that is not just a pure evil bad guy doing bad thing. I love that Eun Seong and his mother are different. If it is a drama that focus on revenge I think pure evil villain suit better but not in this drama.
Overall I do agree the drama is not perfect and has it's flaw (no drama is perfect tho).
Some of the best episodes of QOT that deserve high rating jump are always on Saturday :))....EP 1,5,7,11 are just so good and EP 13 Preview looks like exciting one too😆
