A theory after I saw a BTS of kid Yoon Eun Seong What if he was the one that saved drown Hae In when they were a kid? As we noticed that he is obsessed over HaeIn thinking that he is the one that always save HaeIn after he found out about her illness. This also made sense when we saw him saving Hae In from the dog and possibly being the one that saved her in the water too. He might also related to her brother death. Being obsessed as the one who always saved Hae In, I think he might accidently killed her brother while they both tried to save her?
