I can’t speak for others but I don’t hate his character. I pity him due to his background despite him making…
@Pranksalot damn I'm sorry I don't know if I wanna read your spoiler, I haven't read the webtoon yet (but I think I will after the drama ends) and I don't wanna spoil the fun lol. Is your spoiler comment important to the plot? Damn I'm so tempted help
Putting his toxic personality aside (as I don't wanna repeat previous comments which are 100% right btw), after ep 27-28 I start to pity Baek Kyung because at the very end of ep 28 he realised that he really IS the villain. And this realisation seems to have destroyed him. I know that on stage his character is disgusting, but in the shadow he doesn't take Dan Oh by force (wanted to say it nicely). Like, I don't get it why y'all hate him so much even when he's in the shadow. Also, he knew that killing Dan Oh in the shadow would make her heart problems disappear and he didn't want to see her suffer. But in the end he did not let her mask off for too long (I guess?) so I don't know if she died because of that or just because her time had come. I honestly thought the writers would make him say IN THE SHADOW that he's gonna kill Dan Oh to have her all to his own, both on the stage AND in the shadow as she would forget about Haru and love Baek Kyung only. But in the shadow he's not as possessive as you guys make him seem to be. Or are there any shadow scenes that say otherwise? Let me know if I missed something toxic that Baek Kyung did towards Dan Oh in the shadow :D
Diana needs to have some sense slapped into her, Da Da needs a reality check, Wang Joon needs to stop obsessing over his ex, and Young Goo needs to be sent far away from those idiots.
I'm only on episode 2, and I don't know if this has been said before, but I'm kinda disappointed in the choice of the main actress. Don't get me wrong, I like Park Bo Young, but the character is supposed to be average/common looking after her rebirth, and PBY is way far from that. I wish they had chosen a less pretty actress, Kim Seul Gi for example. She's also a great actress but I feel like she doesn't get many lead character offers as she is not as attractive as other actresses by Korean beauty standards. Yet I feel like she would've been an amazing choice for the lead actress in this drama.
Skipping through episode 8, can't force myself to watch it fully. The story between the two main leads is getting so repetitive. How can he be a CEO when he can't even recognize the voices of those who are closes to him?
okay, I know that all dramas need sponsors and that in general last episodes are most likely to be watched by the highest number of viewers, but holy shet the product placement in the last ep of this drama was something else lmfao
7/10 so much hype with the main couple but its was boring!
well but let's be honest, what can we expect from a romcom lol at least the couple had great chemistry, there was no unnecessary drama/misunderstandings between the characters (at least not too much), and it was overall cute. nothing extraordinary but still enjoyable imo
