I have checked Ep. 15 preview, and I noticed Han Tae-joo is wearing the same shirt as in 1988. So, in my view, there are two possibilities:

a) He dreamed or hallucinated about waking up in the present time. His "real" world is 1988, whether he is dead and in some kind of afterlife (Life on Mars and Ashes to Ashes) or he actually travelled back in time (Spanish version "La chica de ayer").

b) He actually woke up from a comma in the present time, and something happened that made him travel back to the past or the afterlife again. Suicide? Getting shot again...?

Anyway, this drama is very interesting. I really hope Tae-joo wakes up in the present time and reunites with his mother and his lover (prosecutor Jung Seo Hyun). He's been through a lot.

Yes, "muro" makes more sense. It literally means "wall", like on Facebook. "Muro" is used to refer to sections you and other people write on. The term "feeds" in English is also used, but in a different context. The most direct translation would be "Noticias", which literally means "news". It's not accurate in Spanish. "Muro" is the most accurate term in my opinion.
