The title of the movie |REAL| was kinda ironic if you think that, the reality was relative, in heroes minds. Each of them thought that, their reality was the REAL one and that, was the point of the movie.

P.S. The movie by itself had a lot of problems with the plot even if the idea was good. There was a strong element of surrealism in it.
