Qian Heng actually not CEO. He is high profile lawyer and director & co-founder of a Law Firm. His friend Wu Jun also partner of this firm. Some people tagging this drama as CEO and an employee romance that's actually not correct.

It's not about their age gap story of our interpreter not very interesting. Old cliché, ex reunite... Angry FL. Not my cup of tea. Zhang Ruonan character even though little bit childish but pure hearted character.

I find her acting not so bad either. She didn’t studied in acting so she has some lacking usually the script she picks her role not easy to play. Her maximum dramas costume, toxic environment thats why some people think that way and some other actress jealous fans also comments bad. I find her acting is not problem the role she plays problematic. If she is that bad why they cast her in costume drama? Only her drama BOR, she didn’t act well rest watchable. The hate she received bit too much. There are many bad actresses who can't even talk in proper voice but they get less criticism compared to her.

I saw both reuters i found chinese paladin 4 costume and styling surprisingly good. Ju Jingyi usually get bad makeup but this one far better than her previous drama. TBH Ju Jingyi didn’t found any good script after LOY. She has some haters. But she is not bad as an actress. Ju Jingyi not even top billing here. Despite she receive hate, but still her dramas top charts in some sites. Without good script or makeup or traffic co-actors she did pretty good. She has big fanbase in China. Ju Jingyi’s all OSTs are good.

I don’t like few things FL makeup artist but sadly her makeup was bad in this drama.Not only her even sample makeup was bad. I don't like makeup and saloon arc. It's kind of wasting time. Specially some scenes with sml unnecessary. It will be great show if they made this drama with in 25 episodes.
Another irritating part was they crop kissing scenes! Started well but it lost flow in last few episodes.
Compared to other ongoing cdrama this drama story was different that's why i watched it.

Chen Zheyuan good in romance but i guess they didn’t focus on his loveline instead they focused more on his journey. You can dislike Ju Jingyi but truth is she more experienced in costume dramas compared to others in this drama. Mao Zijun and Mao Xiaohui both good looking and I've nothing against CP-6 but CP-4 casts are more good looking than CP-6. Styling also pretty good in CP-4. Only lacking thing will be romance! & Interesting fact both Chinese Paladin drama focused on ML journey, adventures and friends.

You can't verdict drama based on mdl rating. MDL rating are maximum dominated by the actor/actresses who has more flowers.

Chen Zheyuan born 1996. He is even older than me. Dylan is younger than me 😅😅
Compared to Dylan he is good choice. 👍

I also shipped her with sml. Because ml sometimes behave like jerk. Even in rain how can he kick out Yunxi. SFL so stupid and I am glad she died but she killed yunxi’s father.
