This would have been a much better drama if it had two seasons and kept the female centric drama. Yes, many may still call this a female centric drama but HY & LMX are so protective to DZY didn't like this stuff! If DZY can maintain 30,000 troops why can't she defend herself? Anning's character is shown as a fool somehow. Many things are shown in the form of short cuts or narratives.

Most of them, Do not watch properly,skip a lot.. I don’t see any plot holes but some things just doesn’t make sense. I mean they executed like typical cliche... No uniqueness..
Novel readers explained many things otherwise I didn’t even understand somethings.

If you don’t understand drama plot I've nothing to say.

Some things actually not plot-holes it’s just stupid thing to accept. It’s just not believable in real life but in drama version its pretty common. Everything so dramatic.

There is a real problem with directing in this drama. We know Di Ziyuan and Han Ye are still in doubt about their relationship but the director could have at least put in a kiss scene since the novel mentions a very cute kiss scene. Now everyone is thinking that they have no chemistry. ML and FL are both blah blah.. some are blaming ml & fl though i understand their reason.but this confusion is created due to bad direction. Scriptwriters sucks in this point too.

Emperor is so hypocrite. When he needed he gave permission to battle Ren Anle/DZ. When she regain Di troops and fights with Northern Qin and took back many places. He is jealous and now wants to kill DZ. I wonder how Han Ye and Anning so good! His Grandmom and father completely opposite personality.

One thing I noticed in the previous last episode was that ML & FL wore the same color clothes when they were drinking.🤭

She didn’t hesitate to jump for Han Ye! If ml doesn’t want she loves him what can she do! ML trying to protect her but doesn’t want to be relationship with her. Even in last episode he said not to mentioned he save Luo Mingxi.
