Nie Sangyu she jumped from the cliff because she was framed for killing Ning Yixuan concubine Wen Wan.Ning Yixuan didn’t trusted her because she was always troublesome and Wen Wan played tricks not to trust her. Agree.He is less good looking than your mentioned actors but he is good actor.He is 1 of my favorites whom I like for acting..not for looks obviously....He is good in comedy, I think Ning Yixuan hard character for him,he is playful,cute type actor usually but I can see he is not clinge.He is playing good even though it's not very likable & boring type character.

Thats not really problem for me. Tang San didn’t impressed any girl in drama version his aim to become soul master and he tried increase soul ring. He also said he will protect Xiao Wu. I saw anime series some episodes where first can't accept xiao wu's dress! Anime version i felt low quality... More like robots.
