No. Tencent air 2/3 dramas every month at the same time, same goes to iQiyi. But Youku air only one drama. I read in a website, Youku is generally considered the easiest of the three major platforms to achieve its top-tier heat index milestone, while Tencent Video and iQIYI are more difficult due to higher user volume and stricter thresholds.
