Up to now I still often listen to the ost sung by both Ao Rui Peng and Bailu. What a lovely song! I watched this drama 2 times and may rewatch again cause I miss the 4 main leads.

Although I’m not interested in modern C-drama, I will watch this mainly for Ao Rui peng. I also like Song Wei Long and Wang Yi Ting but Ao Rui Peng impressed me the most in The Blood of Youth and Moonlight Mystique. In modern time, he looks so cool with the long hair. Hope his character is good.

Pretty surprised to see a criticism over Ao Rui Peng's acting in the Blood of Youth. Everyone has different taste and this may be among minor exception because so far I had only seen praises and recognitions for his acting in the Blood of Youth, and I have the same point of view with most everyone. Ao Rui Peng is not only well suited to a lively and full energy character like Lei Wu Jie but also a mysterious, cold but warm and gentle character in Moonlight Mystique. I truly enjoy watching his recent dramas and look forward to his future works with different types of character.

Same here! Glad to know that I'm not the only one loving this drama including the cast and the plot. I like the costumes, make up and settings of this drama too although they are considered out of date.

Thank you for sharing your thought! I’m pretty surprised to know how you and others see the drama. May be it’s personal taste and interest that affect how we enjoy a drama. I watched half of this drama and truly like it. While another xianxia drama which was aired around the same time and has higher rating is not my cup of tea. I dropped it just after 2 episodes. Hope you watch this drama until the end and enjoy it if the plot is getting better based on your standard.
